How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial giving you the full platform and AI toolkit. No credit card required. At the end of your trial you carry on at your plan's flat price — £29 sole trader, £149 small crew, £499 contractor.
What happens when my firm grows past a band?
You move up to the next flat price and nothing else changes — same account, same data, more headroom. Within a band the price never moves with your headcount. Past 50 people, we agree an enterprise price around your setup.
What can the AI assistant actually do?
It reads and measures your drawings (PDF or a photo), pulls phases and dates out of a programme, reasons about your timesheets to flag what looks off, reminds you about valuations, expiring documents and compliance, and answers questions about any project — progress, the diary, labour and the timeline.
Is the AI included on the sole trader plan?
Yes — it includes the ask-anything assistant and basic drawing reading and timesheet reasoning. The full AI toolkit (heavier drawing analysis, deeper reasoning) comes with a company plan.
